At TDY Housing, we want you to be satisfied with the temporary housing solution we have provided.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your temporary housing, we will correct the problem in a timely manner.

If we are unable to correct the problem in a timely manner, we will move you to satisfactory accommodations, if available.

If satisfactory accommodations are not available, we will refund your rent and/or deposit.

Just inform us of your concern within 24 hours of moving in or of discovering the problem.
