Rate Rules

We require a valid major credit card to reserve your home. We must be able to obtain an authorization for an amount equal to seven (7) days rent. You card will NOT be charged at the time of the reservation unless your arrival date is within seven (7) days.

Please note that a change in the length, dates, number of occupants, and/or number of pets for your reservation may result in a rate change.

Goverment Travelers - If you are traveling on official Government travel orders, you may cancel your reservation for no charge up to 4:00 pm local time on the day of arrival by submitting a copy of the original orders and the cancelation orders within 72 hours. If you fail to submit valid copies of your orders, the following applies:
All others - You may cancel their reservation for no charge up to seven (7) days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation within seven (7) days prior to your arrival date, we will charge you a day's rent plus applicable taxes for each day after the 7-day deadline. For example, if you cancel 3 days prior to your arrival date, we will charge you for 4 day's rent.

All - If you fail to contact us to cancel your reservation and do not show on your arrival date, we will charge your credit card for seven (7) days rent plus applicable taxes. You may also forfeit your reservation.
