Rates, Terms, & Amenities

• Rates listed are for single person or single-family occupancy, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Additional and/or unlisted occupants may incur additional charges.
• Rates, terms, and amenities are subject to change until a reservation is made.

Holding Your Reservation

• We require a valid major credit card and a reservation deposit to reserve your accommodations.

Canceling Your Reservation

• You may cancel your reservation for no charge up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. We will refund your reservation deposit in full.

• If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival date, we will charge you a day's rent plus applicable taxes for each day after the 30-day deadline. For example, if you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date, we will charge you for 9 day's rent. If we can re-rent the home you reserved within 30 days after your arrival date, we will only charge you for the days the home was vacant. No call/no shows will be charged for 30 days rent.

Modifying Your Reservation

• Please note that a change in the length, dates, or number of occupants of your reservation may result in a rate change.
